Exchange Return Policy:  Dear Valued Customers, at International Streetwear, our commitment to your satisfaction is unwavering. Our exchange-only policy for defective items embodies our dedication to delivering high-quality luxury streetwear. This policy ensures our stringent quality control standards, especially for our unique and limited-edition pieces, preserving the exclusivity and luxury image of our brand. By focusing on swift exchanges over refunds, we aim to build trust and enhance your overall shopping experience. Further, this approach streamlines our operations, allowing us to allocate resources efficiently and concentrate on improving product quality and customer service, while allowing you to make a confident and informed decision. We offer a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item (marked as delivered) to request an exchange for items deemed defective. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, no odors, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, exchanges must be accompanied with the proof of purchase packing slip.

To begin the initial exchange request, please contact us at contact@intlstreetwear.com. In the subject bar, type “Exchange Request” and you’ll be contacted by our assurance team for review and to provide guidance. If your initial exchange request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting and obtaining an approved exchange will not be accepted. 

Once our assurance team has received, inspected and finalized the item to be exchanged, please allow 5-10 business days for your exchange to be fully processed for in stock items. Out of stock items may take longer. Currently, there are no exchanges for orders outside of the United States. For further issues concerning international orders, please feel free to contact us.

The item you have returned will be exchanged for a product of equal value, allowing you to select the available color and size that suits your preference. Please visit the International Streetwear website to view the available colors and sizes of the item you desire for exchange. Please understand that we are unable to accept exchanges for sale and discounted items. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

Please note: Exchanges are a one-time only option, solely intended to replace the returned item.  Regarding cancellations, you can cancel your order only before a tracking number is issued. Once your tracking number is provided to you, you can no longer cancel the order.

Defective and issues:  Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
