Shipping Policy: We're excited to offer you a delightful shopping experience. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy to ensure a smooth and enjoyable transaction.

Processing / Shipping Duration Time:
For our valued customers residing in the United States, we design, process, and ship your orders within 14 – 28 days, ensuring that your specific apparel has been uniquely styled, customized and that preparation is set for shipping. Further, each item is meticulously inspected to meet our high standards before leaving the facility. Please note, based on geographical areas in the United States, most items may be delivered earlier within the standard shipping time frame of your location. For our international customers in Canada, kindly allow 21 - 28 days for your order to arrive at your location.  

International Streetwear also offers scheduled exclusive drops for our pre-order option. Not only do these drops secure your exclusive piece and grants you early access to the latest designs and limited editions, but you’ll contribute to our streamlined production process that minimizes wait times and allows for swift delivery.

Shipping Methods:  Our expedited shipping method guarantees prompt delivery of your order. UPS and USPS are the carriers used.

Shipping Costs:  Good news! We offer free shipping for orders over $140 in the USA. There are no additional shipping costs to worry about. For our international customers in Canada, currently, shipping fees are in place.

International Shipping:  Currently, we do not offer shipping or the delivery of goods to any other countries or regions outside of the United States and Canada. Thank you for your patience and understanding for this temporary geographic limitation, as we aim to expand shipping and delivery in the near future. Our international shipping costs are determined based on the weight of the package and the destination country. When making your purchases, you will be prompted to pay for shipping to ensure a smooth delivery process. We greatly value our international customers; however, please note that duties and taxes related to customs clearance must be paid by you, the customer, to officially receive your order. Duties and taxes are independent costs levied by customs in each country to import goods from abroad. Please review local customs regulations for comprehensive information.  

Delays and Exceptions:
While we prioritize timely delivery, factors beyond our control (such as, customs clearance, inclement weather and unforeseen events) may occasionally cause delays. We appreciate your understanding during such times.

Please note: We want to emphasize that once an order has been marked as "delivered," International Streetwear cannot be held liable for any package theft.  You can cancel your order only before a tracking number is issued. Once your tracking number is given to you, you can no longer cancel. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a smooth shipping experience.

Incorrect Address/Address Change Policy:  We kindly request all customers to ensure the accuracy of their shipping address during the checkout process. To avoid any potential issues, please include all necessary information such as provinces, cities, zip codes, apartment numbers, and any other relevant details. Once an order is processed with the provided address, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address.

If your order has already been shipped, we advise you to reach out directly to the carrier to explore the possibility of updating your delivery address. However, please be aware that International Streetwear cannot be held responsible for orders that are returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
